12 Week 'Resilience' Program

I have been working and training alongside Matt for the last 4 weeks and I must say how impressed I have been with Matt’s services to date. He is a courteous, joyous, jovial, well-informed and motivated personal trainer and nothing is too much of a burden for him. He was able to create a coherent exercise and nutrition plans and flex these to support the fitness goals I very much look forward to working with Matt now and in the future.
